The plastic elbow on the rear brake master cylinder is
extremely close to the back of your riding boot. This leaves it very vulnerable
to breakage leaving you without back brakes and it also sprays brake fluid all
over the plastics on the bike. Protecting this elbow is a must and this part is
a bolt on piece with minimal fuss. It is made of stainless steel so will not
rust at all.
